Valerie Dilday
ADMINISTRATOR
As an Elkhart, Indiana resident, Valerie is passionate about serving seniors and supporting families throughout the community. Married with three grown children and two grandchildren, she understands the importance of family, independence, and having a safe, nurturing environment to call home.
For more than ten years, Valerie has dedicated her career to helping older adults live with dignity, comfort, and confidence. As Administrator of New Outlook Home Care, she is committed to ensuring seniors receive compassionate, high-quality care that allows them to remain independent and continue thriving in the place they love most—their own home.
Jeff Valderrama
OWNER/ADMINISTRATOR
Jeff was born and raised in the Goshen, Indiana area, making Northern Indiana especially meaningful to him and his family. His passion for serving others and building strong relationships is what led him to establish a New Outlook Home Care branch in the community he has always called home.
Jeff has helped develop multiple successful in-home care agencies and is committed to creating a workplace where both clients and employees feel valued, supported, and respected. He believes leadership is demonstrated through integrity, compassion, and leading by example. One of his favorite parts of New Outlook Home Care is getting to know clients and caregivers personally whenever possible.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys kayaking, fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife, daughters, family, and friends.

Jeremy Mast
OWNER
Jeremy is an Indiana native who proudly calls Elkhart County home. With 27 years of experience in the Fire/EMS field, including 22 years as a paramedic, he brings both extensive medical knowledge and compassionate care to New Outlook Home Care. Throughout his career, Jeremy has served as both a 911 paramedic and an operations manager in the private ambulance sector, giving him valuable hands-on and administrative experience.
During his years in EMS, Jeremy entered thousands of homes and saw firsthand how deeply people desire to remain independent and cared for in the comfort of their own homes. At New Outlook Home Care, he is passionate about using his experience to help identify client needs, develop thoughtful care plans, and support clients in safely remaining at home for as long as possible.
